Artisan Italian Bakery – Full Commercial Fit-Out

We transformed an empty commercial unit into a fully operational artisan Italian bakery, designed to combine efficient production with a welcoming customer experience.

The project began with a complete strip-out of the existing interior, followed by the construction of new partition walls to create clearly defined areas for the bakery kitchen, front-of-house counter, and customer seating space.

A full mechanical and electrical upgrade was carried out, including new wiring, dedicated circuits for commercial ovens and refrigeration equipment, and energy-efficient lighting throughout. The ventilation and extraction system was designed to meet commercial kitchen standards, while all plumbing was reconfigured to suit the new layout.

Bespoke joinery was installed for the service counter and display shelving, complemented by durable non-slip flooring and modern wall finishes, combining tiles and paint in line with the brand’s identity.

The customer area was enhanced with feature lighting and carefully selected decorative details to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere.

The project was delivered on schedule and in full compliance with fire safety and health regulations, providing the client with a high-quality, fully functional space ready to launch their bakery and restaurant.

Bathroom Renovation

We transformed an outdated bathroom into a sleek, modern space with improved functionality and a fresh contemporary aesthetic. The original room featured dated blue tiles, a basic bathtub, and inefficient use of space. Our team carried out a complete strip-out, removing old fittings, wall tiles, and flooring to prepare the room for a full redesign.

We installed new plumbing and pipework, updated the electrical wiring and lighting, and reinforced the walls to support the new fixtures. The renovation introduced a white bathtub with a frameless glass shower screen, paired with a thermostatic rain shower system for both style and comfort.

To enhance the look and feel, we fitted glossy dark-green subway tiles on the walls, creating a strong visual contrast with the new white sanitaryware and vanity unit. The floor was upgraded with hexagonal white tiles, adding a crisp geometric touch that brightens the entire space.

The final result is a clean, stylish, and practical bathroom that combines durable finishes with a modern design, transforming a dated and worn-out room into an inviting and functional environment.

This outdoor transformation in Barnes involved the complete renovation of a neglected back garden and patio area.
The existing paving and lawn were removed and replaced with high-quality porcelain tiles for a clean, elegant patio surface.
A new raised wooden planter was built along the side wall, adding warmth and natural texture to the space, while artificial grass was installed to create a low-maintenance, vibrant green area that can be enjoyed all year round.

The result is a bright, contemporary outdoor space—perfect for relaxation, dining, and entertaining.
